Everett James Tea has a wide variety of high quality teas for you to choose from. You will find black, herbal, matcha, oolong, green and white teas at the shop. Consumers enjoy the flavors of teas, as well as, health benefits that they offer.

All of our teas are steeped to order and may be served hot or iced. We do not add any sweeteners to the tea.

If you would prefer a sweet tea, you may add: pure cane sugar, agave, honey, molasses or stevia.

When you visit our shop, we want your experience to be special. We will go over the tea and beverage choices and answer any questions you may have.

We want every person to enjoy their tea, so we will customize it to your taste!

 

Black Teas

Black teas have a medium caffeine content and a high antioxidant level. These teas are
grown all over the world. Their flavor profiles are vast. We offer the following black teas:

Baroness Grey: Earl Grey notes accented with lemon.

Black Forest: A mix of chocolate, cherries and cream.

Everett’s Blend: A tea rich in fullness and flavor.

Earl Grey: Infused with the oils of bergamot fruit.

Cream Earl Grey: Mellowed Earl Grey with a creamy taste.

Darjeeling: A strong, heavy bodied tea with nutty notes and hints of black currant and wine.

French Blend: Earl Grey, Jasmine and Lavender teas.

Irish Cream: Enjoy the creaminess of Irish Cream.

Icewine: Sweet pear notes with hints of berry and caramel.

Lemon Cake: Sweet lemon notes with hints of malty vanilla.

Lychee: Strong and aromatic tea infused with lychee fruit.

Masala Chai: Full bodied pekoe tea with south Indian spices.

Monk’s Blend: Delicious flavors of vanilla and grenadine.

Mulled Wine: Bordeau berry notes with hints of clove and cinnamon.

Russian Caravan: Slightly toasty notes from a hint of Lapsang Souchong.

Windsor Castle: Full bodied tea with toasty notes from Darjeeling and maltiness from Assam.

 

Many tea drinkers prefer an herbal tea which has a low antioxidant level and no caffeine. EJTeas offers the following herbal selections:

The James Dandy: Dandelion, turmeric root and cinnamon bark. A touch of honey makes this a favorite!

Rooibos: An herb bush from South Africa that has a dried fruit flavor and subtle sweetness.

Izmir Chai: A blend of herbs, fruits, flowers and spices.

Berry Jam: Jam flavors with raspberry pieces, blackberry and moringa leaves.

Flowers: Chamomile, calendula (marigold), and lavender make this a floral bouquet of flavors.

Bourbon Vanilla: Vanilla flavor in a rooibos tea makes this a smooth and tasty delight!

Cranberry Bark: Smooth chocolate flavor with cranberry bites.

Lemon Ginger: A lightly sweet yet tart lemon flavor with a fiery ginger bite.

Blueberry: This tea has delicious blueberry highlights.**It’s delicious mixed with our frozen lemonade snowcup!

Pina Colada: Enjoy an explosion of pineapple, tropical fruit and coconut. **Add a pump of Hawaiian and dragon fruit syrups and you will feel like you are on a beach!

Peppermint: Finely cut peppermint leaves grown in the USA with a strong, fresh and cool flavor. This tea is always a favorite year round!

Spearmint: The spearmint leaves have a cool refreshing flavor.

Sweetened Matcha is a definite favorite among customers! So many choices!

Oolong tea is in a category of it’s own.

These teas vary in characteristics depending on how they are processed. Our customers may choose from: Goji Berry, Formosa and Roasted oolong teas. **Roasted Oolong is one of Collin’s favorites!

 

Green teas are known for their high levels of antioxidants and are low in caffeine.

The following are green teas that are tasty and delicious!

  • Cucumber Melon: Sweet watermelon with cucumber finish.
  • Jasmine: Green tea with Jasmine flower blossoms.
  • Mountain Dragon: Light baked notes with grass and eucalyptus.
  • Pomegranate Hibiscus: Tart tea with floral highlights.
  • Sencha Cherry Rose: Sweet cherry with a hint of rose.
  • Strawberry Green: A tasty blend of strawberry and papaya.

 

White teas are known for their delicate flavor.

Wellness Teas

EJTeas is expanding our line of wellness teas. We are preparing teas that have ingredients to assist in keeping your body healthy! We currently offer: Flu Fighter and Breathe Deep.

Our menu includes other beverages for you to enjoy!

Lemonade snow cups – Frozen lemonade with your choice of syrup! Choose 1 flavor or combine flavors to make it tasty!

Muddles is an EJT Signature drink. We begin with fruit in the bottom of the cup, add flavoring and top it off with club soda to make a refreshing drink! The flavors to choose from are: Peach Mango, Cucumber Melon, Citrus Sunrise and Strawberry Kiwi.

Italian Cream Soda – we mix your choice of flavor with heavy cream and top it off with club soda! A customer favorite is to add coconut and pineapple to make a pina colada flavor!

Cocoa – we serve it hot or frozen! We only use Ghiradelli to provide the best chocolate flavor. If you prefer hot, we top it with marshmallows, whipped cream, mini Ghirardelli chocolate chips and sprinkles. If you like frozen, we blend the cocoa, strawberries and top it with whipped cream and chocolate syrup!

Come and visit our shop and let us prepare a delicious beverage for you! With so many choices, our customers find it difficult to choose. Feel free to take a menu home to keep track of the teas or beverages you have tried. Be sure and note your favorites!

Our loose leaf teas are available for purchase. We offer 3 oz bags and sample bags (approximately 1 oz.) We also have a nice selection of tea steepers, tea pots with steepers and cups with removable steepers.

 

Loyalty Card

We appreciate our customers! We give each customer a loyalty reward card. A punch is given for each beverage or 3 oz bag of tea that is purchased. Get 9 punches and the 10th one gets you a complimentary drink on the house! On Wednesdays we give double punches!! Thank you for supporting a small business!

 

Our patrons enjoy our selection of coffee products! We use 100% Mexican arabica dark roast and espresso beans. Due to increased popularity, we have expanded our coffee menu to include: lattes, cappuccinos, double espresso, cold foam, macchiatos, cold brew, pour overs, mochas and frozen coffee. We can customize your coffee with our selection of syrups and milk options!
